Mucous Forming Foods:
All food that is denaturalized or inorganic food substances is Mucous Forming Foods. In other words, the below food categories cause excess mucous to form in the body. Whether it is by Body Fat, Candida, Congestion in the Lungs, Sinuses or Ears, it is excess mucous and the body needs to work overtime in a harmful manner to assimilate it to try to turn it into usable nutrients, it can’t thus, it sits as waste in the body until something comes along to push it out.
• Salt: except Sea Salt or Mineral Salt.
• Sugar: all sugar products, use unprocessed Stevia in its place.
• Eggs: no eggs should be eaten in any form or in anything.
• Meat: eliminate all red meats.
• Milk: eliminate all dairy products.
• Flour: all flour products in any form.
• Do not eat fruits and vegetables at the same time. Wait at least 30 to 45 minutes before eating another one or the other. Eat only same kinds of fruits at the same time. Example: eat only melons at one time or berries etc
How to flush your Nasal Passages
Saline Solution:
• Dissolve 1 heaping TBLSP table salt to 1 quart of warm water in a large bowl.
Instructions:
• Place bowl to the side of a sink.
• Tie your hair back and lean your head over the sink.
• Clog one nostril with one hand and grab a handful of saline solution and sniff it up the open nostril.
•It will come out your mouth if you do it right. Do not swallow it. That’s gross!
•Do the same with the other nostril. Repeat back and forth until the solution is used.
•It will be most beneficial to gargle with the same solution.
Snuff – Bayberry Herb
